Overview
The Access 360 inventory add-ons provides to Brainwave webportal endusers lists of their IT access, and includes when the end-user is a manager the access of his own team members.
This dashboard gives each employee the opportunity to review on a regular basis his access rights and to ask for revocation of his unused access.
The same way, when the employee is a manager, it gives the possibility to check access and ask for revocation when relevant.
This application can also helps you to enforce your GDPR rights by asking for access revocation.
This dashboard lists for each end-user:
- The list of his active accounts
- The list of applications and their related permissions he has access to
- The list of unstructured data (Shared folders, sharepoints etc.) he has access to
- The list of data/application/accounts repositories that he owns
- The list and status of his on-going removal requests and the list of his tasks
When the end-user is an inter-personnal manager, he can also benefit from reports such as crosstabs on the access of the people he is responsible for from the home page.
Applications, shared-folders and shares owner have also dedicated reports about the access to the resources they own available from a dedicated home page.
